HOW TO USE

CAUTION
All suggested dosages are guidelines only. Individual responses vary based on body chemistry, diet, and tolerance. Start low and increase gradually.

POWDER

Effects: 15–20 minutes

• Serving size: 1 scoop = 2.5 grams (1 TSP)
• Start with: 1–1.5 scoops (1-1.5 TSP)
• Mix with Juice or Beverage of Choice
• Wait: 15–20 minutes
• If stronger effects are desired, add 1 Gram (1/2 TSP)
• Use as needed every 4–6 hours

CAPSULES

Effects: 45–60 minutes

• Serving size: 1 capsule = 500 mg
• Standard serving: 4 capsules = 2.5 grams
• Wait: 45–60 minutes
• If stronger effects are desired, add 1–2 capsules
• Recommend take with food
• Use as needed every 4–6 hours

POWDER EXTRACTS

Effects: 20–30 minutes

• Strength:1 gram extract = 4 grams regular powder4× stronger than regular powder
• Take 1 Gram (1/3 TSP)
• Wait: 20–30 minutes before increasing
• Use as needed every 4–6 hours
• Do NOT mix with HOT water
