Same-day shipping. Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same day.

Orders placed after the cutoff ship on the next shipping day. Orders may ship the next shipping day around carrier holidays or if an order needs ID verification.

Delivery times start when your order ships and are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email when your order ships.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to military bases (APO, FPO, DPO).

Some states, counties and cities restrict mitragynine products. We do not ship mitragynine products to: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and Washington, D.C.; Concordia Parish, Franklin, Rapides, Ascension Parish and Grant Parish (Louisiana); Sarasota County and Union County (Florida); Malheur County (Oregon); Denver, Parker and Monument (Colorado); San Diego, Oceanside and Newport Beach (California); Jerseyville, Alton and Edwardsville (Illinois); Franklin (New Hampshire); and several counties in Mississippi. Enhanced mitragynine products cannot be shipped to Tennessee. Restricted addresses are blocked at checkout.

ID verification is required for orders shipping to Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Colorado, Oregon, Louisiana and South Dakota. You must be 21 or older to order.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order ships. If a carrier investigates and confirms a package was lost in transit, we will reship the products in that order. We cannot reship or refund an order the carrier shows as delivered.

Order Cancellations

Pharmaca 28 may cancel any order where fraud or misuse is suspected.
